COWBOY LEATHER HOLSTERS, COWBOY CHAPS AND & LEATHER GEAR

Vigil-Musick Cowboy Leather Gear Ltd. (herein VMCLG) return and refund policies are as follows;

Warranty;

• Warranty: All item returns are covered by a limited one year warranty from date of sale, for materials and workmanship (M&W).

Returns;

• Items that are defective in either materials or workmanship (M&W) can be returned within the one year warranty period. Repair,                                     replacement or refund is at the sole discretion of VMCLG and will be determined per return basis.
• Non-Warranty Returns: There is a 15 day limit for all returns from date of sale, for item other than M&W issues. All refunds will be made with in store credit. 
• Customized items: shall be repaired, replaced or refunded at the sole discretion of VMCLG. Customized items are subject to warranty and 15 day limit on returns for non warranty items.
• Email confirmation must be made by VMCLG prior to return shipping.
• Item must be returned/received by VMCLG prior to any refund issued.
• All sales beyond 15 day limit, or outside M&W warranty terms are final.

Refunds;

• All refunds are issued as in store credit. No cash refunds available.

Acceptable Condition;

• Items must be returned in new condition without scuffs, marks, spots etc. or any damage. Returns will not be accepted if item is not in new condition or repairs made at purchaser's expense at VMCLG discretion.
• Item must be returned in original packing and shipping container/box, or equivalent provided by purchaser at purchasers expense.

Processing;

• Process for return; Send email to;  ian@vigilmusickleathergear.com state product, purchase date, amount of purchase, your contact information and reason for return.  This email is certification of return within the 15 day limit.
• Someone will contact you within 48 hours. If for any reason, you do not hear back please call us at 303.818.1970 and leave a message. We are committed to your satisfaction. We will work with you to get a solution to your problem!!
• Processing time; of your return is dependent on what product you ordered and issue you are experiencing. Rest assured we will work diligently to get your issue resolved.
